18 month pics of Ben

I did a few indoor shots of Ben for his year and 1/2 birthday. I'll get some more outside later but I just thought this hat looked so cute on him and his big eyes! He's getting big! Running around, he LOVES trucks, trains, and spends the whole time in the car pointing to anything bigger than a SUV and saying "uk, uk". Started saying "hello" this week, walked around with our cell phones saying "hello" and pretending to talk. He also seems to be talking in full sentences sometimes, the only problem is we can't understand a word of it.

So it finally was nice today!! It's been so cold and we just don't seem to get a break. I took the opportunity to get Lindsey out for her 3 year pictures. We had fun as you can see! sorry for the copyrights - I'm posting a few on the photography blog.

Took a few pictures of Ben this morning...he's getting pretty stable now and can almost run(or at least walk pretty fast). Wasn't really planning to do pictures this morning, which explains the unmatching clothes!! But I loved his expressions. He's getting so big!

Lindsey Turns 3!

I've been neglecting the blog a bit lately...sorry! We had Lindsey's 3rd birthday party a few weeks ago. She LOVED it! She really gets the whole birthday thing now and it's so fun. Here are a few pictures of our big girl!

We had a wonderful visit with Grandpa Tom and Grandma Carol in Longboat Key, FL this last week. The weather was perfect every day and the kids had a blast. Lindsey's favorite was the aquarium where they saw everything under the sea, even manatees and hammerhead sharks. She also loved the ocean and beach. It was very calm water so she had a bit more freedom to just run and swim, two of her favorites. Ben loved the pool which was more like bath water, so warm! Both loved spending time with the grandparents and were sad to leave. Thanks again for having us!

Halloween

We went to a halloween party tonight so the kids got to show off their costumes a little early. No surprise we went with the animal theme. We all had a great time! Can't wait to go trick or treating, I think Lindsey will understand it more this year. She's going to love all the candy!

Ben's 1st Birthday Party!

Our little guy is 1! Time flies so fast. We had a birthday party on Friday...the kids almost outnumbered the adults. We had 9 kids under 7 so it was a little chaotic in a wonderful way. Ben loved it and he thought the cake was pretty fun too. No encouragement was needed!
